Skill Building Workshops: Throwing Large
Push your limits on the wheel and come throw big at our one-day, 2.5-hour workshop. Learn to manage big pieces of clay on the wheel, starting from the ground up with wedging, centering and shaping.
Demonstrations will include an intro to spiral wedging as well as throwing tall and wide forms.
Participants should be comfortable throwing & centering 2+ lbs on the wheel
Demos will cover throwing 4 - 5 lbs
Clay is provided: throw fearlessly and commitment-free
Love your finished piece? Keep it for an additional fee ($25)

Tuesday March 25th from 600PM - 830PM
Availability: 8 spots.
Experience Level:
Participants should be comfortable throwing & centering 2+ lbs on the wheel
How to Prepare and What to Bring:
Wear clothes and footwear that you can get a little muddy in.
We will provide an apron, but if you have a favourite one, feel free to bring that!
Refunds / Cancellations:
Refunds are only available if you cancel 48 hrs before your session. If cancelled 48 hours or less, you will only receive a credit.
